Keycap

키캡

Keycap puts a 3D switch tester on your phone: ten bare mechanical switches in a plate, rendered so you can see the cross stem move the full travel of that switch when you press it. Red, blue, brown, black, speed silver, cream, silent red, electrostatic capacitive, optical, and magnetic each get their own sound and their own vibration pattern: a linear switch lands in one stroke, a clicky one fires its click jacket first, a tactile one bumps before it bottoms out. Swap the switch in any socket, put a keycap on it, and hear how ABS and PBT change the tone. Every sound in the app is synthesized, not sampled.
